About Emma
I’m Emma, a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, and yoga has been a part of my life for over ten years. I’ve been teaching for more than five of those years, and my passion for sharing the practice has only deepened along the way.
Yoga, to me, is a path to meaningful work, presence, and genuine human connection.

Private Group Sessions – Yoga & Sound Bowl Relaxation
Looking for a unique experience for your group? I offer tailored yoga classes and soothing sound bowl relaxation sessions for private groups, whether it’s for a workplace wellness day, a retreat, or a special occasion. Sessions can be customized to suit your needs and experience level. Available in Finnish or English.

Gentle Yoga at Kimmel Spa
on Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
We practice yoga postures (asanas) at a slow and peaceful pace, focusing on breath and the skill of presence. The aim is to learn to recognize the body’s needs, calm the nervous system, and increase mobility and overall well-being. No previous yoga experience is required! You will enjoy a relaxing yoga session, and after the class you are welcome to stay and enjoy the spa’s bubbling pools and the warmth of the sauna.
