Vinyasa Yoga

Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:00

An energetic and dynamic yoga class where poses (asanas) are linked to the rhythm of the breath. The class begins gently, awakening the body, and gradually progresses to more intense movements. Calming the mind and maintaining strong presence is key in the practice. It’s important to learn to recognize the current limits of your body and mind. Each class often focuses on a specific theme, while still maintaining variety and balance for the entire body.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this gentle yoga class offers the opportunity to connect with yourself and develop body awareness in a gentle way. Join us to relax your body and mind!

Yin Yoga

Wednesdays from 19:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 11:15 to 12:15

Yin Yoga is a calming practice for the nervous system, focusing on deep relaxation for both the body and mind. The class consists of long-held asanas, where we stay in each pose for several minutes. The slow rhythm of Yin Yoga creates space for self-reflection and mental relaxation. The goal of the class is to release all tension and allow both the body and mind to relax without any pressure to perform. Yin Yoga teaches the art of being and mental control, providing a wonderful balance to the hectic pace of daily life. Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone!

Yin & Yang Yoga

The Yin & Yang Yoga class combines dynamic asana practice with grounding Yin Yoga. The first half of the practice is a flow-style yoga session, where breath and movement are linked (YANG). As the class progresses, we transition into long-held floor asanas, allowing the body and mind to relax and recharge (YIN). Yin & Yang Yoga is the perfect choice for those looking to develop both physical and mental balance. This class is suitable for all levels, offering the opportunity to find harmony and peace between the body and mind.

Aerial Yoga

Tuesdays from 19:00 to 20:00

In Aerial Yoga, the practice is done using fabric suspended from the ceiling in a variety of ways. Some exercises are performed on the mat, while others make use of the fabric or are done entirely in the air. The support of the fabric helps open the breath and also provides a gentle body massage. Aerial Yoga helps alleviate tension in the back and shoulders, boosts circulation, calms the body, and refreshes the mind. The practice develops strength, flexibility, and balance, while increasing body awareness and self-confidence.

Sound Bath

A gentle yet powerful way to calm the body and mind. Sound waves travel through the body’s fluids and tissues, helping to release tension and activate the parasympathetic nervous system — a state in which the body can rest and renew.

Sound baths are accessible almost to everyone — no movement or prior experience needed. Just come as you are and allow the sound to guide you into a state of rest, clarity, and renewal.
